Jolly Financial Jubilee: FinFit Member Referral Giveaway

This promotion is only open to U.S. employees (18 years of age or older) of employers which offer their employees FinFit’s comprehensive financial wellness program as a voluntary employee benefit (an “Eligible Employee”). The promotion is for a period beginning at 12:01 am Eastern Time on December 4, 2023 and ending at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on December 15, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”).

There are two categories of entries – one for Eligible Employees who have created an account at FinFit.com (an “Existing Member”) and one for Eligible Employees who do not have a FinFit account (a “New Member”). During the Giveaway Period, each New Member who successfully registers and creates a FinFit account will be asked if they were referred by an Existing Member and will be able to enter that Existing Member’s Referral Code. If the New Member enters the Referral Code of an Existing Member as having referred them to FinFit, both the New Member and Existing Member will receive one entry. Eligible Employees may only receive one entry as a New Member, but unlimited entries for referrals as an Existing Member. There will be a random drawing from all entries from Eligible Employees. Each selected winner will receive a $500 gift card.

A total of $1,000 will be awarded, in the form of two $500 gift cards to two eligible employees.

There is no fee to register and create an account at FinFit.com. Alternatively, you may also enter by sending a postcard with your complete name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth, mailed with proper postage to FinFit, 272 Bendix Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. You may only enter once, either by creating an account or by using a postcard to enter. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. This promotion is subject to any policy or practice limiting participation of any Eligible Employer in promotions by vendors. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners. FinFit employees, and family members or persons living in the same household of FinFit employees, are not eligible to win.

Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement with these Official Rules, and also releases FinFit from any and all liability, damages or causes of action with respect to or arising out of participation in this Giveaway. Unless prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a winner grants FinFit the right to print, publish, broadcast and use in any form of media the winner’s name, likeness and other information for promotional purposes without additional consideration or compensation. In the event this promotion cannot be executed as planned, FinFit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this promotion. All decisions of FinFit Ops, LLC, as sponsor of this promotion are final.
