This award means a great deal to FinFit. I value our employees above all else, and I think of them as family. I was honored that our staff gave FinFit a 98/100 regarding our work environment. I am even more proud that 100% of our employees reported that they understand our long-term strategy and vision. As FinFit grows, it is 100% because of the people working day in and day out. I am humbled by the entire organization’s commitment and dedication to excellence, said David Kilby, President of FinFit.
